I help artists, ecologists, facilitators, and cultural organisations reconnect their work with place, community, culture and the living world.

After more than a decade working at the intersection of art and ecology — in Panama, Mallorca, and across geographies — I’ve developed a set of practices, frameworks, and hard-won instincts that I now offer to others navigating similar terrain.
Whether you’re a scientist wanting to work more meaningfully with culture, an artist seeking deeper ecological grounding, or an institution trying to move beyond representation into genuine action — I can help you build that bridge with regenerative, creative, ecological, systemic principles of care for people, places, communities and planet at the core.
To bring about the changes we long to see in the world, we need to come together. All hands on deck! Every gesture, small or large, counts.

How we can work together:
One Drop: Single 90-minute session: sliding scale €100 – 200 *
Sometimes all you need is one good conversation. We use this session to get you clear, get you unstuck, or explore whether working together more deeply makes sense. Come with a question, a decision you’re circling, or a project that needs a fresh set of eyes.
Good for: a specific challenge, a crossroads moment, or a first encounter.
The Power of Threes: Three sessions over 1–3 months €300 – 600 *
Three sessions give us enough time to go somewhere real. We move from clarity to strategy to momentum — working on your practice, project, or organization with the continuity that single sessions can’t offer.
Good for: shifting direction, developing a new project, deepening your ecological or creative practice.
SUELO Support: Two monthly calls over 3–6 months €600 – 1200 *
For those ready to commit to sustained change. This is ongoing guidance for individuals or small teams implementing the SUELO methodology, navigating an organisational transition, or building something new at the intersection of art, ecology, and community.
Good for: implementing SUELO in your context, designing a public programme, or a significant creative or strategic shift.
Commissions: I accept a small number of commissions each year. Please inquire directly for the following options:
Facilitation and public programmes — field days, workshops, residencies, symposia.
Podcast episodes — commissioned conversations for your organisation or platform.
Artworks — site-specific and ecology-based work. Contact me to discuss.
Writing, editorial and public speaking — essays, programme texts, publications, talks.
*** I believe in equitable access. My rates are on a sliding scale, tailored to each individual or organization’s financial reality. If you would like to work with me, but the finances are a problem, do get in touch anyway. After our first conversation, we’ll determine the format and investment together. If you’re unsure which format fits, book a free call and we’ll work it out together.

What people say:
“Suelo moved me in many ways because of the diverse metaphors and connections it opens up regarding the encounter between the earth and its layers and its interrelation with the way we live and interact as human beings. It allows one to experience and generate deep connections about the biocultural memory of a territory.”
Maya Errázuriz, Fundación Mar Adentro (Chile)
“We had the opportunity to work with Ela and Estudio Nuboso on implementing the Suelo methodology alongside teachers and students from ten schools in the Juan Díaz River basin in Panama City. It was particularly valuable to observe the connections that teachers were able to forge between art, science, history, and the local landscape—connections that, in many cases, they had not explored throughout their teaching careers. More than just an innovative methodology, it is a deeply personal and purposeful approach capable of making an impact on various scales.”
Mirei Endara de Heras, Fundación Marea Verde (Panamá)
